Why Did You Join Azumi Filter Paper?

I previously worked for a trading company, but I became interested in sales at a manufacturer and decided to change jobs.
I was also attracted by the fact that the company handles not only its own products but also a wide range of commercial products, which would allow me to make use of my previous experience.
When I joined the company, I was glad to find that the sales team members were very cheerful and helped me settle into the workplace quickly.

Since I work in sales, my main responsibilities are visiting new and existing customers.

Although this is a technical development role, I was attracted by the opportunity to directly interact with customers and to be involved in trial runs at the factory, allowing me to stay closely engaged with products I had helped bring to life.

What Does Your Typical Workday Look Like?

Based on technical review requests from the sales department, I handle product development, cost reduction, and research activities.
As part of quality control, I also verify 4M changes (Man, Material, Machine, Method) and sometimes attend meetings with customers together with the sales team.
In addition, I am involved in organizing and participating in study sessions, thesis discussion meetings, and workshops for younger employees.

I feel very rewarded when a prototype meets the intended specifications.
To achieve that, I enjoy the process of preparing various trial samples through repeated trial and error.
